Here is a step-by-step guide:

1. Preparation

Charge the battery: Make sure your 510 thread compatible battery/module is fully charged. This will power the Hot Knife.

Mount the Hot Knife: Screw the Hot Knife securely onto the 510 thread interface of the battery.

2. Settings

Adjust settings (if applicable):

If your battery supports adjustable power/temperature, set it to the manufacturer's recommended range (usually 5-15W). Avoid using too high a setting to prevent overheating.

Some models may have a preheat feature; enable it if needed.

3. Heat the tool

Activate the battery: Press the fire button (usually 5 presses to turn on, then long press to heat).

Wait for heating: Wait 5-10 seconds for the tip to reach optimal temperature (visually check for a slight glow or warm).

4. Handling the Concentrate

Loading the Concentrate:

Touch the heated tip to the concentrate. The heat will melt it, allowing the tool to pick up the material cleanly.
