GRWAY® Ceramic Igniter For Pellet Stove,which is MCH process, refers to Metal Ceramic Heater.The main material is 95% AL2O3.

It is manufactured by 1650 C high temperature Co-sintered with heating layer printed on the ceramic sheet.

It is a new environmentally friendly heating element.

The heater surface temperature can up to 800C within 30 sec.

This pellet heater has such merit as excellent resistance, noiselessness, usefulness for every required heat setting. Meanwhile MCH Contains no harmful material, conforming with environment protection.

Handling and notice of using ceramic heater

1.Don’t use ceramic heater on following conditions: quick heat up, quick cool down and uneven heat distribution. Because on the above conditions open circuit. cracking problems may happen. Please be careful of heat shock besides other situations that are not mentioned here such as incompletely contact with metal part that will also cause uneven heat distribution.

2.Don’t put excess strength to Ni-wire and brazing area..If Ni wires were bent many times, power concentration points will become brittle. Crack even breakage may happen. If pulled Ni wires with excess power, brazing area will be peeled off.

3.Don’t use the ceramic heater for medical, nuclear and aero purpose.
